>If the US has so much oil and gas, why are our prices so damn high?

OPEC sets the price.

Although we are the largest producer of energy, these 12 countries set the price:

Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, the Republic of the Congo, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela.

"OPEC does not directly set the price of oil, but it exerts significant influence over global prices by coordinating supply levels among its members. The organization aims to stabilize the market by reducing production when prices are too low and increasing supply when prices are deemed too high."

Prices START with OPEC.

>U.S. group calls for $652 million hemp investment from feds; how realistic is it?

Impossible.

Big industry won't allow it.

Ford tried to use hemp to fuel the first autos but big oil shut him down.

The likes of Warren Buffet and his cotton monopoly will do the same.
