Just a lurker here for the last 3 months. I came across something on TV that probably is not any help, but demonstrates how crooked Red Cross is. Ex See-Eye-eh dude, Bob Baer has run a show searching for how Hitler got out of the bunker and how and where he went (ARG.) Anyway, the Red Cross and the Vatican were smuggling the Nazoes through Italy and issuing them new names and passports. Then they would be baptized at a Catholic Church, and Viola, whole new man feeling inside.

So they have been rotten for decades, along with probably longer for the Vat.
