He can't. If he does, then it implies a leaker of the highest caliber and he'll come under heavy fire for allowing a known case like this to continue unimpeded for almost a year straight. The best case scenario is to take credit for it and vet it because if it's sanctioned that Q posts at the will of POTUS, it means Q's drops were DECLAS beforehand thus it wasn't a leak of any kind. There are laws that protect whistleblowers as well.
