8kun doesn't put my post of a "strength test" but 8ch has it. I think my explanation was correct, there has always been this image URL issue. Here is how you can tell. If an image does not enlarge on 8kun, open it in a new tab which will state "not found", then append nerv. to 8kun.top in the address, and the image server will load the picture. When you use the post msg box with reply, that code puts https://8kun.top/someRandomCharacters… as your image url, which is not correct and won't enlarge. When you refresh a page the URL for all images are https://nerv.8kun.top/…. and you can expand all those images that were reloaded but new posts after that get the bad url. Bad urls, kill the image, web, and proxy servers with bad requests. Takes up time, resources, and eventually will crash all 3.

yes, eventually they should. Processes are being wasted looking for bad urls, and the web server has to make large chunks once it interrupts the bad request search from the image server. Best to keep the board count under 500 because the more posts, the more bad urls, the more wasted time.

Searching for bad image urls for a few posts is one thing, but 750 of them, is catastrophic. Test the images that do not enlarge by opening them in a new tab or window, you will get a 404 not found per image. Append nerv. to 8kun.top/… and it will show the image and be expandable.

The code is different on both boards. The reply memo field calls bad code on 8kun because it gives your posts a bad url of 8kun.top/… where page reloads and 8ch get the proper nerv.8kun.top/… url.

All of these board problems are from 5 characters missing the code: nerv.

Hope that is clear.

I can almost guarantee you that there is only one image server. And because 8kun has problems, that will cause 8ch to have the same buffering issues because web server has to interrupt a process of looking for bad images, and make ram available to chunk unseen posts to make a response.

5 letters are the problem on 8kun's reply box, because it is missing the 5 characters "nerv."

Hopefully the patriots will give me the support that I need and I can eventually give you all a better way to organize. I have a program that builds dynamic data driven webpages that create a databases tied to a data driven datagrids.

Actually what happens is that enough refreshes from anons, minimize the problem, but it is still there. When you click on an image that doesnt expand on 8kun, it is wasting resources for every person that does it. Reloads put the nerv. back into the urls.
