makes a criminal referral to the DoJ against the Fake Ukraine Impeachment “whistleblower”, CIA operative Eric Ciaramella, and the former Inspector General of the Intelligence Community Michael Atkinson.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has made criminal referrals to the Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding:Eric Ciaramella — the CIA analyst widely identified as the so-called “whistleblower” whose complaint triggered the first impeachment of President Trump in 2019 over the Ukraine phone call.
Michael Atkinson — the former Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (ICIG) at the time.
What the referrals are aboutGabbard’s office (ODNI) released a large batch of declassified documents this week showing what they describe as a “coordinated effort” inside the Intelligence Community to manufacture and fast-track a complaint against Trump, even though:Ciaramella had no firsthand knowledge of the July 2019 Trump-Zelensky call (he admitted this).
He had prior contacts with Adam Schiff’s staff before filing the complaint.
He was a registered Democrat with clear ties to Biden’s Ukraine policy work.
Atkinson allegedly altered whistleblower procedures, ignored DOJ guidance that the complaint did not meet the “urgent concern” threshold, relied on hearsay/second-hand information, and pushed the complaint forward anyway.
The referrals allege potential crimes such as false statements, misuse of the whistleblower process, and weaponization of intelligence procedures to influence Congress and the public.Current statusThese are referrals from the ODNI to the DOJ for investigation — not automatic indictments.
The DOJ/FBI is now reviewing the materials.
This is part of a broader declassification push under Gabbard to expose what many on the right call the “Ukraine impeachment hoax.”
The story broke in the last 48–72 hours and has been covered by Fox News, Just the News, The Gateway Pundit, and others.
AUS PM on his knees begging for fuel supplies in Brunei and Malaysia.
PM Albanese boasting he got two ships of fuel coming. KEK.
Malaysian Petronas say they'll do cross deal with AUS LNG, that AUS must honor agreement and Malaysia will see what they can spare.
Albanese looking the fool on the world stage.
No surprises there.
Now both AUS PM and Malaysian are talking up the Pope.
Albanese is stringing together some awkward word salad, saying absolutely nothing
while rambling on trying to make himself relevant.
De-escalation and resolution through dialog he finally spat out.
Albanese freedom of navigation blah blah blah.
Malaysian reminding Albanese US is largest trading partner and they're friendly with Russia.
Reminding Albanese they trade with Iran and the Iranians.
Also rambling about supporting freedom of navigation.
Ultimately we are for peace, so long as oil keeps flowing for us to refine, malaysian PM.
There are multiple failure redundancies,
it would have to be multiple failures.
Seems unlikely.
