I think USA made a bad investment in Israel, if what Macgregor speaks of is true. That Israel is getting just pummeled with missiles.
Giving Israel any funding at all going forward would be throwing good money after bad. Especially if the whole country is decimated like Macgregor says it is. I think our Jewish brethren would agree. Prudent management dictates no money for Israel.
