Utah Supreme Court Justice Allegedly Caught Having an ‘Inappropriate’ Relationship With Leftist Attorney Who Helped Dems Steal a Congressional Seat

 

A massive scandal may be unfolding in Utah that could have influenced a highly critical case involving redistricting.

 

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, an activist judge on The Utah Third District Court struck down the all-Republican congressional map crafted by the Republican-led state legislature last November, labeling it an unconstitutional “gerrymander” and replacing it with a map drawn by left-wing plaintiffs.

 

Despite this ridiculous ruling, both the Utah Supreme Court and the federal courts refused to intervene, guaranteeing a Democrat pickup in heavily Republican Utah this year.

 

The Utah Supreme Court previously declared in July 2024 that Utah lawmakers violated Proposition 4 with their map. Proposition 4 is a left-wing ballot initiative approved by Utah voters that purported to ban gerrymandering.
