It will be an exact match for the indictments in terms of concentration of sealed cases.

Pretty sure the map and guide Q was talking about is an overlay of all politicians not standing again and all CEOs that have stepped down, overlaid with where the indictments are. The two will be a match. Out of the 45k, that would be about 4500 or so actual indictments on individuals.
Further, I think I solved the Q Map.

If the politicians resigning and CEOs resigning are down month by month with their home districts, these should also match assuming when you get indicted you resign.

Given the family nature of the swamp crimes, it's likely more than one family member is indicted in many cases. This should make the Q Map I've described match even more convincingly to the month by month sealed cases. I.e. when a CEO resigns, it is likely his co conspirators will be dealt with in the same sealed court record. I am positive this is how we build the Q map and prepare people for the unsealing.
Hopefully Q confirms that this is how we build the map.
