Start by getting rid of "political correctness" and return personal accountability.
No more "Hiring someone to fill a quota", hire them because they are the best qualified.
No more treating any Race or skin color differently because of something that I cannot be held responsible for that happened 200 years or more ago.
There will always be corruption and evil, good cannot exist without evil. Look at how they have tried to blur those lines with normalizing pedophilia, the whole gender identity bullshit, "white guilt", the list goes on.
Without making it appear authoritarian or totalitarian, peoples moral compasses need to be reset and definitions of what is acceptable and not need to be enforced.
Unfortunately I think it would take a "shock" to the general public such as public executions of the evildoers to wake some people up.
All I do know is I instill good values into my kids and remain accountable for and to them and can only hope, which is slowly being restored to me for my fellow man, that life for them will be better.
