Solid Overview of President Trump’s Consequence from the Promethean Action PAC

April 17, 2026 | Sundance |

Mike Steger from the Promethean group presents thoughtful analysis of the change President Trump is bringing to a new era in geopolitical alignment. This is an interesting and insightful review.

As noted by Mr Steger:

“From direct negotiations between the United States and Iran for the first time in nearly half a century… to coordinated diplomatic and military movement across the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond…the old geopolitical order is being replaced in real time. This is not chaos. This is strategy.”

I want to point something out, all the articles I post from the link below, every article is different. A lot of hardliners condemning the U.S., but many politicians, historians, and others are pointing out the changes, including many debating the relationship with the U.S. from Iran=. Many, very many, pointing out American leaders are still negotiating with appointed people with Iran, gladly negotiating what will work.

Of course the articles have the hate of Americans, but many countries ie Turkey and many others debating how there can be peace between Iran and U.S. There are many countries debating how to end the war and both countries working together.

The hardliners are less and less the determinations of peace are much more, many Iranians. It’s confusing because it seems we are at war with all of Iran, but that is not true. Many wise leaders are trying to work out the relationship with the U.S. If you listen to this video, the whole war seems like a fake out. Ask yourself why Iranian are willing to meet with Vance, etc, and why Trump is not insulted when the hardliners shout war.

This video showed me why we are not seeing behind the scenes and really how both sides want to get along for a vast economic friendly relationship. Lately the articles are pointing at Israel as the problem, and truly how Israel wants to divide all the Arab and Gulf countries.

Iran has too many levels or cooks in the kitchen, those that hate do not have the true power of the country. Iran has some of the most brilliant leaders in all areas of the government. So it my theory that Iran is reducing the hardliners so the country can freely work with the world economy as friends. I couldn’t figure out why there was so happiness or making peace and the hardliners pushing more war. The hardliners are losing. The more Trump sends his emissaries more and more getting solved, while Trump plays the game with hardliners.

I can only guess on this, but read the articles to see the difference. IMO

British Prime Minister Kier Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz issue a joint statement on their plan to open the Strait of Hormuz, after President Trump secured and opened the Strait of Hormuz.

Essentially, after holding an international teleconference, leaders from the U.K, France, Italy and Germanygather to express their importance on an issue that has been entirely resolved without them. The result isakin to a Monty Python skit that’s missing the part where a guy comes out and slaps them in the face with a big fish. WATCH (prompted):

• President Donald Trump said Iran had violated the ceasefire by firing shots in the Strait of Hormuz, adding that Washington was offering a fair deal and that US representatives will arrive in Islamabad on Monday for negotiations with Tehran.

• US President Donald Trump shared videos on Truth Social showing Iranian-Americans and Iranians expressing thanks and support for US action against Iran, before posting another image saying: “The best is yet to come.”

• Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said the Strait of Hormuz remains fully under Iranian control and warned that any further US naval movement, including mine-clearing operations, would be treated as a ceasefire violation and could be met with force.

• US Central Command said its naval forces are enforcing a blockade on Iranian ports and that the operation has completely halted Iran’s maritime trade, while the USS Rushmore is conducting blockade operations in the Arabian Sea.

Iran rejects second round of talks with US – IRNA

Iran has rejected taking part in the second round of talks with the United States, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Iran’s official state news agency, reported on Sunday.

IRNA's reportsaid “US excessive demands and unreasonable, unrealistic requests, repeated changes in positions, continued contradictory statements” had so far prevented progress in the negotiations.

It added that “the continuation of the so-called naval blockade, which is considered a violation of the ceasefire understanding, along with threatening rhetoric” had also hindered talks.

“Under these conditions, no clear prospect for productive talks is envisaged,” IRNA said. (This sounds like a lie for cover on negotiations)

Fox News contributor Brett Velicovich, a former Army special ops intel analyst, asserts President Donald Trump's 'maximum pressure' approach is essential to counter Iran's economic warfare and threats to global maritime commerce through the Strait of Hormuz. (I’m sure their “allies” are pissed. My guess are the hardliners in Iran are pissed because others are trying to make peace)

Iran in Shambles, Rubio Targets Regime Families, and the Return of the Impeachment Hoax | VDH

Victor Davis Hanson

CNN and former Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes are of the opinion that President Donald Trump, who has chosen the sword over the pen, will get a far worse deal out of the mullahs in Iran than his predecessor, Barack Obama.

What did Iran get out of its deal with Obama, you might ask?

For 10 years, Iran was sanctions-free, making $500 million a day in petrochemical sales. Thanks to figures like Ben Rhodes, it was like a “bonanza for the Houthis, Hamas, the people in Syria and Iraq that are their proxies, and, of course, Hezbollah,” argues Victor Davis Hanson on today’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.”

What did Iran get out of Trump in his first term?

Crippling sanctions and a dead Revolutionary Guard leader.

What did Iran get out of Trump in his second term?

A dead ayatollah, decimated offensive capabilities, and a half-destroyed government begging America to come to the negotiating table.

I love listening to his knowledge about history and wars, and how it will be won. A thoroughly brilliant man
