Anchor baby status is only valid for those who have immigrated legally. Meaning you need a legally acquired visa first. Coming to America illegally and having a child on US soil does not grant the child citizenship.

To find the parents, I'd start by detaining the children aka, raid the schools, daycares everything. Looking for all children born to parents in the US illegally. Those children have social security numbers which correspond to the state & hospital which the child was born in, from there, all information about the parents can be learned from the now legal to aquire medical records as patient/doctor confidentiality does not apply to citizens illegally residing in the US. The parents can then be apprehended, reunited with the child, and sent on a 1 way trip to their country of origin after we seize any and all assets they've aquired while residing in the US illegally. When an amount is determined for restitution, we can require that the deported party pay the restitution before applying for a US visa. We should be requiring dna samples of all individuals applying for visas as well as all individuals being deported.
