German Court Court Affirms Injured Covid-19 Vaccinated Right To Access Manufacturer Data, Forcing Disclosure

BioNTech Ordered To Hand Over 32 Internal Safety, Toxicity, and Manufacturing Records on ‘Comirnaty’ COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine

The ruling directly addresses a core imbalance that has defined vaccine injury litigation: injured individuals have been expected to prove causation while being denied access to the very data needed to do so.

In a major procedural victory for vaccine-injured plaintiffs, a German court has ordered BioNTech to turn over internal data on its Comirnaty mRNA COVID-19 vaccine—affirming that individuals claiming harm have the right to access the manufacturer’s own records to challenge its safety claims and pursue damages.

The Regional Court of Aurich (Landgericht Aurich), in case 5 O 1106/24, issued a certified partial judgment (“Teilurteil”) ordering BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH to provide detailed information on the vaccine’s effects, side effects, and underlying biological and manufacturing characteristics.

The court’s order states, translated and paraphrased for readability:

The defendant is ordered … to provide information … on the effects and side effects known to it … as well as on other findings that may be relevant for the assessment of the justifiability of harmful effects …

The ruling directly addresses a core imbalance that has defined vaccine injury litigation: injured individuals have been expected to prove causation while being denied access to the very data needed to do so.

This decision breaks that barrier.

Independent journalist Bastian Barucker first reported on the ruling. Continue…

Former RCMP chief raised alarm over secret N.B. COVID surveillance program

https://www.rebelnews.com/former_rcmp_chief_raised_alarm_over_secret_n_b_covid_surveillance_program

The RCMP's top officer in New Brunswick in 2021 filed a complaint accusing authorities of unlawfully collecting personal information and monitoring “citizens who express discontent” with government policy.

The former head of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in New Brunswick formally challenged a covert provincial surveillance operation during the pandemic, warning in 2021 that residents’ privacy and civil liberties were being compromised.

Larry Tremblay, then the RCMP’s top officer in the province, filed a complaint with the provincial ombud accusing a branch of the Department of Public Safety of unlawfully collecting personal information and monitoring “citizens who express discontent” with government policy. His complaint targeted activities run through the little-known Office of the Provincial Security Adviser under the government of then-premier Blaine Higgs.

According to Tremblay’s complaint, officials tracked residents’ movement between New Brunswick health zones from January to May 2021, during one of the most restrictive periods of the pandemic. The information was compiled into daily briefings for the premier and senior officials under the title Trend Tracker: Mobility by Zone. The province had recently tightened travel rules and warned it would get tougher on people not following restrictions.

Tremblay also objected to a proposal involving data from 911 calls. He wrote that the security adviser’s office had “clearly demonstrated a total lack of understanding in regards to privacy rights.” Following RCMP objections, that plan was reportedly revised so the Mounties would retain control of sensitive information.

The complaint further alleged the government monitored political opinion through social media, especially criticism of pandemic policies. Tremblay questioned whether the province had any lawful authority to conduct that kind of intelligence gathering on citizens.

In response, the Department of Public Safety said mobility data came from the Public Health Agency of Canada and did not identify individuals. It said online monitoring focused on broad trends rather than naming specific people, and was used for “situational awareness,” not enforcement.

Still, the programs were never publicly disclosed at the time, and departmental annual reports made no mention of tracking residents’ movement between zones. That omission is likely to intensify questions about transparency, emergency powers and the boundaries of lawful surveillance during the pandemic.

Conservative MP Matt Strauss posted a video of his parliamentary speech opposing Bill C-22, the Lawful Access Act 2026, arguing it mandates electronic service providers to build technical capabilities for government data access and retain metadata like location data for up to a year.

The Liberal government’s bill seeks to update tools for police and CSIS to investigate digital crimes and threats by ensuring providers can comply with existing court orders, addressing gaps identified in prior Supreme Court rulings.

Critics highlight the bill’s expansive scope over apps, devices, and businesses, along with provisions for secret orders, raising concerns about creating permanent surveillance infrastructure that could be used beyond its stated crime-fighting intent.

Canada Isn’t Sovereign? Shawn Buckley Exposes Constitutional Truths (King, Land & Power)

https://breaking-news.ca/watch-canada-isnt-sovereign-shawn-buckley-exposes-constitutional-truths-king-land-power/

Canada isn’t what you’ve been told. In this episode, constitutional lawyer Sean Buckley breaks down what the Canadian Constitution actually says about sovereignty, executive power, the monarchy, land ownership, and how government authority is exercised in Canada. We also connect these constitutional realities to major current controversies: BC’s $750,000 Human Rights Tribunal fine over “wrong speech,” and the growing debate over land/title transfers and UNDRIP-style governance shifts in British Columbia. If you’ve never read the Constitution (and most Canadians haven’t), this conversation will challenge the “democracy” narrative, explain why power often feels unaccountable, and show how the process becomes the punishment through tribunals and state enforcement.

In this episode:

• Why “Canada is a democracy” is challenged (referendums vs party control)

• Who holds executive power under Canada’s constitutional structure

• The role of the Governor General, Privy Council, and Crown authorities

• How property rights can be undermined through taxation and title uncertainty

• BC Human Rights Tribunal: the $750,000 penalty and chilling effects on speech

• UNDRIP/land governance debates and why transparency matters

Judge cites 'dissociation' from 'Indigenous ancestry' in letting Canadian guy off after kicking toddler in the head

https://thepostmillennial.com/judge-cites-dissociation-from-indigenous-ancestry-in-letting-canadian-guy-off-after-kicking-toddler-in-the-head

A judge in Canada has given an offender a light sentence after the convict kicked his girlfriend's toddler in the head and choked the 28-month-old child. A factor to decrease his sentence was that he had a "dissociation” with his "Indigenous ancestry."

The 33-year-old Indigenous B.C. man has been sentenced to six months in prison for two counts of assault against the child. Both incidents were captured on the nanny cam in the toddler's bedroom, per the National Post. The Crown asked that he get at least one year behind bars.

Court documents detailing his guilty plea written by B.C. Judge Temara Golinsky stated, "He first assaulted the child the evening of June 13, 2025. The footage starts right before K.J.M. comes into the room. The video shows the child was wearing only a diaper as he was lying on the floor of his bedroom, and his face appeared to be close to the gap under the door. The child was alone in the bedroom. At the time the video begins, the child was not making any sounds. K.J.M. opened the door inward, and the door struck the child on the shoulder rolling him back and away from the door. K.J.M. stepped into the room and used his foot to kick and move the child away from the door, rolling him into the centre of the room. He then bent down and pushed his hand on the front of the child’s neck, pressing him into the carpet. He squeezed the child’s neck for a moment while the child was screaming."

That was the first assault. In the second assault, the convict kicked the child again in the head. "The second assault was two days later, on June 15, 2025. The video shows the child sitting on a bed, again dressed only in a diaper and alone in the room. The child can be heard crying, which sounded like a low droning or whining kind of sound. When K.J.M. opened the door, the toddler flinched. K.J.M. took a couple steps into the room and up to the bedside. He immediately squared his stance and then kicked the child once in the face or forehead with his bare foot, causing the child to fall onto his back. He yelled something at the child, then stormed out of the room and closed the door behind him. The child continued to lie there on his back and can be heard crying until the video ends a few seconds later," the documents state.

Instead of ordering consecutive sentences of 6 months for each assault, which would have put the man behind bars for a year, the judge offered the toddler-kicking assailant concurrent sentences, meaning he will only serve 6 months behind bars.

The mitigating factors to the sentence included that the convict is "of Indigenous heritage." The judge added, "While I acknowledge that there is no evidence that he or his immediate family were impacted by state actions such as residential schools, even the disassociation with one’s past and cultural heritage is a negative consequence of colonialization."

Schizophrenic, Muslim, attempted murderer granted 3 week travel pass by Ontario Review Board to go to Mecca, meet Somali bride

https://thepostmillennial.com/schizophrenic-muslim-attempted-murderer-granted-3-week-travel-pass-by-ontario-review-board-to-go-to-mecca-meet-somali-bride

A schizophrenic Muslim man who was found not criminally responsible for three counts of attempted murder following a 2016 knife attack at a Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre in Toronto has been granted a three-week travel pass for a pilgrimage to Mecca.

Ayanle Hassan Ali was found not criminally responsible for the March 2016 incident and related charges. The Ontario Review Board (ORB) granted Ali permission for a trip to Saudi Arabia and Somalia despite posing a “significant threat to public safety,” according to The National Post.

In its decision, the board noted that Ali wanted to travel “to facilitate a meeting with a woman as his father has been working on arranging a possible marriage with a woman who resides in Somalia.”

“Mr. Ali has advised that this is not uncommon in his culture, and the marriage would only proceed if both parties were agreeable. He is hopeful he will be able to travel to Somalia over the upcoming reporting year for an introductory meeting with the woman,” the board said.

According to the decision from the tribunal, “He and his father have planned for a religious ritual of Umrah pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Ali is studying to memorize the Quran and attends the mosque by his father’s house daily to meet with his teacher. He is hopeful that his tutor may assist him in securing a volunteer position at a local school to tutor in math or French.”

During the March 14, 2016, incident, the tribunal heard that “Ali entered the Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre in Toronto and immediately attacked the corporal who was seated at the entrance. Mr. Ali repeatedly punched the corporal in the head, and then took a large kitchen knife from a folder he was carrying and lunged at the corporal, slashing and stabbing at him with the knife, causing a three-inch gash to the corporal’s arm.”

Ali has remained under supervision since being found not criminally responsible. In March 2025, he was granted a conditional discharge requiring him to live with his mother and report to the Toronto Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) every two weeks.

Socialist wing of NDP demands Eby step down for not being radical enough

https://www.westernstandard.news/bc/breaking-socialist-wing-of-bc-ndp-demands-eby-step-down-for-not-being-radical-enough/72918

The socialist wing of the New Democratic Party is intensifying the pressure on Premier David Eby to resign, launching a public campaign demanding he step down as party leader for failing to deliver sufficiently radical socialist policies.

The NDP Rose Caucus, a left-wing faction within the party, announced the “Bye Bye Eby” initiative on Instagram Wednesday, citing "months of feedback" from members who feel the government has strayed from core NDP values of democracy, accountability, and solidarity.

“It’s time for change!” the post declares. “The NDP Rose Caucus is calling on David Eby to step down as leader of the BC NDP… Together, let’s reclaim our party’s values… Join us in standing up for a brighter future!”

The campaign directs supporters to rosecaucus.ca/bc to sign up and “wish Premier Eby farewell,” using hashtags including #ByeByeEby, #BCNDP, #bcpoli and #cdnpoli.

This latest internal challenge comes amid ongoing tensions within the BC NDP, where more left-leaning voices have long criticized the government’s direction on issues ranging from resource development and indigenous reconciliation policy (including recent handling of DRIPA) to housing, 'climate action,' and economic priorities.

The Rose Caucus positions itself as a defender of the party’s socialist roots against what it sees as insufficiently bold governance.

Police Cooperation Agreement With China ‘Surprised’ Canadians, Senator Says

https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/police-cooperation-agreement-with-china-surprised-canadians-senator-says-6015626

Many Canadians were surprised by the federal government’s recent law enforcement cooperation agreement with Beijing, Senator Clément Gignac told an RCMP representative during a parliamentary committee meeting.

Speaking to RCMP Senior Deputy Commissioner Bryan Larkin, who testified before the Senate national finance committee on April 21, Gignac said the government’s announcement in January that Prime Minister Mark Carney had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation between the RCMP and China’s Ministry of Public Security “surprised a lot of Canadians.”

“Can you tell me a little bit? What does it consist of?” Gignac asked Larkin. “What is this public safety program with China?”

Larkin told the Senate the MOU signed during Carney’s visit to China is a “re-enhancement” of one that was first signed in 2010, then reviewed in 2014 and 2018, noting that MOUs with many different law enforcement agencies are reviewed, modified, or updated to modernize language “from time to time.”

“I cannot speak to the specifics of what is in the MOU,“ Larkin said. ”We would not disclose anything in the agreement without their permission, and mutually they would do the same.”

“But what I can tell you, to bring ease of concern, is that these are very standard,” he said. Continue…

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has signed a deal with South Korea to remove a 3 percent tariff on the province’s exports of crude oil to the country.

Smith said the agreement could significantly expand market access for Alberta producers, projecting exports to South Korea could rise to as much as 33 million barrels per year, generating up to $1 billion annually in additional export value.

The announcement comes as Alberta continues to benefit from expanded pipeline capacity following the completion of the Trans Mountain Expansion (TMX) project in May 2024, which linked Edmonton-area infrastructure to export facilities in Burnaby, B.C., and increased Canada’s access to Asian markets. Trump Trade Rep Says US, Canadian Economies ‘Don’t Fit’ Well as Ottawa Pursues ‘Globalization’

https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/trump-trade-rep-says-us-canadian-economies-dont-fit-well-as-ottawa-pursues-globalization-6015754

A top trade official in the Trump administration said the U.S. and Canadian economies are not entirely compatible, as the two countries pursue different trade strategies.

U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer made the comments during testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee on April 22.

While discussing the topic of Mexico taking steps to protect its market from certain goods coming from countries like China and Vietnam, Greer was asked in committee whether Canada is taking similar steps.

Canada has done a “little bit” on steel, Greer said, while adding that Ottawa aims to sign more trade agreements with other countries.

“They’re doubling down on globalization when we’re trying to correct for the problems of globalization,” Greer said. “So those are two models that don’t fit together very well.”

Canada implemented a 25 percent surtax on certain steel derivative goods in late 2025, and a similar surtax on Chinese steel in late 2024. Continue…

An Air Canada Express flight and an American Airlines-operated regional jet were forced to abort their landings at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport on Monday after coming within a few hundred feet of one another.

The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m., when Republic Airways Flight 4464, operating as American Airlines, deviated from its assigned approach path toward Runway 31L.

Jazz Aviation Flight 554, operating for Air Canada, had been cleared to land on the neighbouring runway 31R and was approaching at the same time.

At their closest point, the two aircraft were separated by just 350 feet vertically and 0.62 miles horizontally.

In audio obtained by an ABC News affiliate, an air traffic controller tells the American Airlines-operated flight: “Brickyard 44, you’re flying through the approach course on Runway 31 Left. Correct immediately. You have traffic in the immediate vicinity.” Continue…
