Can someone explain to me why they keep going back and forth with North Korea…(making it look like they are still developing nuclear weapons, blah blah) but then,….

they are sending back remains, and dismantling.

It just seems like silly back and forth UNNECESSARY OPTICS to me. Just my opinion.

Maybe someone can help shed some light on why they are doing this….
