The only logical conclusion is federal oversight because the Portland leadership did nothing in the past so something bigger must have put serious press on them.
I also think the cops or feds have been bagging ANTIFA as their group went from hundreds to about 50 now. No idea where they went so either they went home or they have been getting taken away. I mean seriously their group went from huge to very few within hours. They had to go somewhere.
