That is the same arrogance that thinks the US can survive a nuclear attack on another nation without penalty. The pentagon believes that. The fact that these labs and these plans exist proves the evil intent towards other sovereign states - not much different to Bill Gates desire for depopulation really - driven by arrogance superiority and entitlement: the US as the hegemonic world power. I think it shows the US as a demonic power.
