If you get still and just lean into the to e or ringing and really listen, you will find that it really is super hearing ability. Once you can turn your mind to that thought while hearing it, it almost becomes interesting to try to hear what IS really what you are hearing. Try that. It almost becomes interesting as you try to HEAR it better, then it is not as annoying. Sounds weird when you read what I just said, but try it and see…lol…HEAR…the ringing or tones. It really then becomes like other shit we try to “research”, only you are “researching” in your brain very deliberately what your ears and brain are really hearing.

There are all sorts of tones all around us. I do think tinnutus if not allowed to force itself on you as a problem that bugs you contantly, can be reframed like I said. Maybe some of us hear these tones and ringing because we are supposed to. Instead of maybe hearing it closely, to be more aware of the supernatural?…we buy into it is a “problem” to be fixed?
Just saying we are to crucify the flesh, so if it is a problem to YOU, you can tell it from your mind to leave or harness it with your mind by LISTENING to what is really in the air flowing into your ears. Like animals that hear earthquakes or tsunamis before theyboccur.
Again, just tuning into the noise if you sit still and just really HEAR it and consider the sounds…it becomes YOURS and maybe you are hearing what others cannot and insted it being a problem…use it to meditate and silent prayer? Ask God to teach you while LISTENING to the tones?

Years ago I heard to es then two men talking. I thought it was neighbors apartment next door, maybe coming through a/c vent. Super creepy because it was IN MY EARS. As I was super creeped out, I would turn my head different directions and it would muffle the voices I was hearing. Not mental. It truly occurred. I remember it vividly.. Years later I heard of the voice to skull tech and was even moar skeeved out. I had been denied a NASA sleep study participation same time frame. I was a new Christian same time and they asked lots of questions and lots of pre- participant questions. I always felt the tones and hearing shit / voices was super fishy and creepy. Same time line, in kitchen upstairs washing dishes, window overlooking courtyard with trees and some man across yard I caught in peripheral vision using a long lens camera or binoculars looking right at me. No joke, not insane, just weird shit after visiting NASA for the few days interview. It paid like 22k or along those lines for like a month or two sleep study. I saw it on TV news then looked it up and I had free time so I applied. Weird place. I think me mentioning my faith pretty fervently ruled me out, again new Christian at that time, so I was pretty gung ho to tell people. Looking back I think that put a big X on me as a NO. I also think these studies at NASA where they recruit and pay you is how they get the fake astronauts and others. They bring you in with these “study” pretexts and YOU really are the study to see if you are malleable to their fakery and you get roped in , in my opinion. Someone who professes Jesus is more than likely ruled out fast. Truth seekers need not apply?
And they did “hearing” tests with tones by putting you in a booth with headphones. Funny I remember that. Anyhow, just my opine.
