just because it's named 'flag blue' doesn't mean it's the same color. Either that or the colors of the images are ballenced correctly. The flag is much more Indigo than sky blue. That blue is a sky blue.
I don't doubt that President Trump said 'it's flag blue' but maybe they say that so that they don't say 'it's a color of blue, very specific, so that space lasers can't rip apart the cover of our secret underground facility' (assuming that there were such a facility, which isn't too far fetched.)
