Legal and illegal guns carried in DC have different implications. If he was legally carrying, he had to get special permission and who authorized it on what need basis? If it was illegal carry gun, then how did he know to be at that Hotel, at that time, and try to breach the event at that moment, rushing in as if he knew he had to act quickly? He then must have been tipped off, and it all 100% planned. So who could have given him a early heads up on the event, most likely one of the invited press members.
