>The identification of Cole Thomas Allen, a 31-year-old educator from Torrance, California, as the primary suspect immediately raises questions about the intersection of institutional indoctrination and radicalization.

>The Professional Mask: Allen’s background as a tutor at C2 Education—often a hub for the competitive, high-pressure academic environment that produces the very "elite" the establishment prizes—presents a jarring contradiction. How does an individual recognized for academic mentorship transition into a lobby gunman?

>The Radicalization Pipeline: We must look past the "lone wolf" narrative typically spoon-fed to the public by the mainstream press. When an educator—someone entrusted with the intellectual development of the next generation—engages in this level of violence, it suggests a profound failure of the modern psychological and social infrastructure. The media will likely focus on his personal history to obfuscate the broader cultural rot that drives individuals to such extremes.

What a stupid analysis!

There are at least two other major things at work here… and they are both real even if they somewhat push against each other.

1) DEI overpromotion

Caltech does not accept people who aren't actually rather smart.

But since this guy is "black" he likely got in with qualifications that were solid if but not exceptional.

Others might learn to "play the game", but this guy seems like he's actually interested in intellectual stuff and has ideals, however much they have gotten twisted.

2) They are many highly intelligent men (some are here, kek) who are being very poorly served by society. That's obviously a somewhat passive and nihilistic way of putting it, since, in principle, if you are highly intelligent, maybe you should be contributing to society. But many don't see a path. This is a BIG problem.

Calling this guy an "educator" when he has basically been teaching test prep for brats is absurd. Maybe his true calling was to be a very solid high school physics teacher or some such thing. But he didn't find it. We all lose.

>unlikely friendship

Being able to connect on a basic human level with people who may be deeply flawed, or corrupt, or evil, or simply "enemies" in some geopolitical game, is a very good trait for leaders to have.

Trump has it, and if JD has it that is fucking great.

The 2nd Amendment suggests that he had the right by natural law and/or divine providence.

>True. As far as I see, it wasn't a deranged lunatic like Trump said, but a premeditated murderous assassin who was given a heads up.

Actually, at the presser, as I recall, Trump specifically said that the villain might be somewhat quite smart or even "genius" level who had gotten screwed in the head.

Perhaps somewhat quite competent and even clever or rather ingenious, but still all F'd up.
