I carry a gun everywhere it is legal for me to do so. I rarely travel to states that don't allow me to carry so pretty much everywhere I go, I'm carrying.
Can't speak about DC. I'll never travel to Mordor. I'm already too close on the opposite coast. In many states I cannot concealed carry but in most of those states you are allowed to have a gun in your hotel room as it is your defacto domicile. However, bad guys rarely give a fuck about following laws.
