"Amtrak service to Boston suspended after structural issue on Rhode Island on-ramp"

"All Amtrak trains between Boston and New York City were canceled through early Saturday morning after a structural issue in Cranston, Rhode Island.

Highway officials said a piece of the on-ramp to Interstate 95 detached and fell on railroad tracks below around 7:30 p.m. Friday. The debris included a large piece of the parapet, which is the metal barrier on the edge of the road."
