White House Correspondents’ Dinner Shooter’s Link to NASA and Other Curiosities

Cole Thomas Allen, a 31-year-old from California, is suspected of opening fire at officers during the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in Washington DC on April 25, 2026. Allen was armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and several knives. Although there were no injuries, one uniformed division officer was reportedly struck in his bulletproof vest. He has no criminal record. Trump said that Allen was a ‘lone wolf’ shooter.

He is a graduate of the California Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering and has a Master’s degree in Computer Science. He was associated with Caltech’s robotic vehicle design in 2016. He participated in a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), which has led to descriptions of him as a “NASA fellow” in some reports. Social media profiles indicate that he is a mechanical engineer, computer scientist, indie game developer, and part-time teacher based in Los Angeles.

Allen contributed $25 to a Democratic Party political action committee in support of Kamala Harris for president in 2024, according to federal campaign finance records.

Social media is buzzing about the shooting and several curious circumstances and reactions to it, including UFC founder Dana White and Erika Kirk.

Illegal Alien from India Attacked Mother then Bit the Face of Her 3-Year Old Child

San Antonio, Texas: On April 18, 2026, Atharva Vyas, a 24-year-old illegal migrant from India, allegedly lunged at a woman, Gabriella Perez, and her young daughter and punched the mother in the jaw. He was reported to be high on a drug called “wax”. Perez set her 3-year old daughter down to keep her away from the attacker, but he went after the girl. On all fours, Vyas allegedly pinned the tot to the ground, jamming his thumbs into her eyes before turning cannibal — sinking his teeth into her face and mouth. The child’s two front teeth were reportedly ripped out of her mouth as her mother fought against the man. A crowd helped subdue him and police arrived.

The Department of Homeland Security said that Vyas first entered the US from India in August 2023 on a student visa. Three months later, he was arrested on the University of Texas campus for felony assault. The feds under President Joe Biden determined the crime was not “egregious” enough to warrant visa revocation.

ICE blasted the failed policies that allowed the illegal migrant to remain in the US.
