People really should just stop analyzing shit when they have no idea how to parse info or remove emotion or bias. People react differently. I was 50km from the epicenter of a 8.0 earthquake and in the middle of an email to my mom. Trees were swaying, the road in the street was rolling with taxis bouncing on it. People freaking out. I thought it was thrilling. I kept typing the email. I was 26 or so and living to the fullest. I had to be asked to move in case the facade of the building were to fall onto the cafe patio where I was sitting. So, who gives a fuck if the guy was eating his salad? There were lots of people and if they gunman did get off a few shots, they either wouldn't be directed at him, he just didn't give a fuck being so old, or he took a statistics class once in life…or maybe he's secretly behind the whole thing, just like I was behind a massive earthquake because I didn't respond the way some fucking poor fat idiot eating donuts and banging away on his keyboard thought I should have…
