The courts are a joke. Teachers of the law in long robes who love the seat of honor, violating rights under color of law daily, and they actually think they're good people.

I'd still love for someone to show me where judges were EVER granted authority to issue a gag order in blatant violation of the first amendment.

I never said you have a right to be provided the means to do so. We not only have a right to travel, we have a right to travel via popular means of the day. Driving is my RIGHT, that can be regulated for safety, but it cannot lawfully be denied to those of like qualifications.

Virginia got it right back in 1930.

Thompson v. Smith, 155 Va. 367, 154 S.E. 579 (1930) is a landmark Virginia Supreme Court case establishing that citizens have a common right to travel on public highways, including in private automobiles. However, this right is subject to reasonable regulation under police power for public safety.

Driving is ABSOLUTELY a right, and it's covered under the 9th amendment.

Correct, and that right is retained and reserved by the people.

I don't know why people ignore the 9th amendment and think everything has to be enumerated.

Back when people started driving, it was a right anyone with a vehicle had.

False. No right is bestowed by government, government is forbidden from depriving even unenumerated rights… and the RIGHT to drive existed before they decided to call it a privelage.

Except you forgot they require you to give "implied consent" to give up your 4th amendment right… in order for you to exercise your right to drive.
