Question… Why are prosecutors never charged and prosecuted?

This man was arrested because cops thought his legit prescription in its legit bottle with correct labeling, which they looked up and saw exactly what it was…. was fentanyl. Bad enough, but the prosecutor is worse.

AFTER IT CAME BACK FROM THEIR LAB TO BE HIS LEGIT RXwhen they should have dropped the charges… the prosecutor tried to get him to plea to possession.

That should land the prosecutor in prison.
