that’s kinda the whole point. There can never be a place where “nothing bad happens”. Life is always going to be a balance of bad and good no matter which side of the door you’re on. If we’re on the side where everything bad happens, we have to focus on the good and try to not let the bad cause US to create the bad things. If we’re on the side where everything good happens, we have to not let ourselves be so blinded by the good, that we ignore the people suffering in the bad, or we ourselves, become the ones creating the bad places. A true existential problem. For some it could be a crisis, for others it’s pretty obvious what to do.
