All (You) wrote is in violation of TITLE (DEED); that upon conveyance, ALL rights and land enjoyed by the original owner is transferred free and clear and in WHOLE.

If the original owner paid no taxes, the new owner is transferred those same rights to the land.

As stated in the original bread this discussion appeared in, many received land FREE and CLEAR as a gift from the government as a 'thank you' for their service in the wars of Independence. (also was a incentive to get folks to move westward)
