Any thoughts? Not a lawfag. As per EO 13825, do the UCMJ amendments taking effect on 1 Jan 19 appear to put a deadline on known enemy combatants to turn themselves in? It looks like the power to authorize immunity deals will no longer be permitted to be delegated down chain but will consolidate at top levels. Very interesting movie…this "What's a Shill To Do?"
