no shes not and no thats no common practice, plus the "firecrew" grabbed her arm and stuffed it back into the body bag, she was supposed to be called ded, but the crash and flames didnt kill her, so they had her in her body bag to show the world she died at the scene .. and for a burn victim you dont but nothing on their skin nad that was her tank top that looks like sagging skin and that bad a burn she wouldnt have the strength to unzip the bag and try to wriggle loose
