We copied the shahed drone during the Iran conflict and by the end of the month, we had thousands. My suggestion is to make them modular, not just one way explosives. Watch, the US Mil has taken my suggestions before as with the A10's new lightweight semi-guided cheap rockets, apkws FALCO (Fixed-Wing Air-Launched Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems Ordnance) within 6 months and already have applied them taking out half of Iran's small boats and many shahed drones.
