Salvadoran criminal illegal alien Luis Casco-Medina was arrested for RAPE in Orleans Parish, La., and pleaded guilty to sexual battery.
He was sentenced to six months of incarceration with a suspended sentence.
ICE arrested him at his home in Marrero April 29 and will hold him pending removal proceedings.
