US Mil:
Current payload capacities of drones.
The Shahed-136 drone typically carries a 50-kilogram high-explosive fragmentation warhead, although newer Russian-manufactured variants (Geran-2) have been equipped with upgraded 90-kilogram warheads. Other models in the Shahed family carry significantly less: the Shahed-131 has a 15-kilogram warhead, the Shahed-101 carries 5–9 kilograms, and the Shahed-129 UCAV can carry up to 400 kilograms of payload.
So technically, if modular, payloads can be swapped anywhere from 50 to 400 kilograms, that is 110lbs to 440 lbs. Heavier capacity drones would be able to hoist personnel, or even drop a EUC of 80lbs that can give personnel the ability to naviagte even the hardest uphill terrain from a few mph to as much as 60 mph. We need the capabilities today.
