Going back I think Priebus was put in as a "filler" Chief of Staff so that Kelly could "clean house" in other departments before Priebus being let go & Kelly filling the spot.
Priebus's wife (Sally) played her part too. At the time many Trump transition team ppl were getting purged from the White House. Sally was the one responsible for this.
I still need to look at all the actors from this time frame.
