Theory: "if pass a magnet through a coil get a current"
Better Theory: "if placed a NeoMagnet on the face of meter, then current through measuring coil would be reduced"

otoh thx for info…anon will leave solar panel connected to 12v batts for fridge, & lappy charging…. anon uses < 1kw / day normally, it's the "connection" fees that suck, disconnecting gas/elec/water(undrinkable) to save "connection fees, would be great, landlord might(?) not agree. and no fwd address for elec co…so "complicated"
