I remember 4 channels and spinning circles on the TV dial and not knowing what the other channels all were for.
NBC, CBS, ABC, and PBS.
That's it.
And PBS was the channel that actually had good movies on it at the time.
Then there were the Rabbit Ears that you had to grab from time to time to increase reception. Then you had an antennae coming down from the roof.
TV was a family occasion.
It took place over the campfire that prehistoric people traditionally gathered around to talk story.

I stopped eating McD's because out of all the fast food places it seemed to me that McD's affected my blood pressure the most. And I generally didn't feel well after eating it.
