>Object just camera ‘DIFFRACTION SPIKES’ from drone lens
It's a bright (and hot) parachute flare. The parachute enters the frame at nine-o'clock and is visible as a low-contrast (close to ambient temp) rectangular area at 1:21.

Here's more 'flying' boats, high above the foreground cargo facility:
The Orrery and Armillary Sphere:
Why would a 'UFO' use navigation lights?
>why is this not in the files?
The recently released files originated with the USMIL. You should check with the country of origin for the clip you posted.
>Thoughts?
>USMIL could use some modern cameras with good colors and resolution for filming ufos
Most of the images are from FLIR. These objects were detected and tracked due to their IR brightness (i.e. heat sig). These are combat targeting systems finding bogeys on IR, not cameras intended to photograph UAPs.

The illuminated squid boat is well offshore. The woman is in a tall building. There is no need to invoke unknown or extraterrestrial explanations for what is plainly an offshore squid boat. The object is clearly consistent with a squid boat, and a squid boat remains the simplest explanation. Here the squid boats are 'flying' in the Gulf of Thailand as viewed from shore:
>why not show the good footage
What good footage? Some Dude on patrol got a hit on his radar, switched to FLIR, recorded something anomalous, determined it was not a known hostile target, and went home. Nobody cared, even at the Officer's Club. It's routine.
>A flashing pulse of light would be the easiest way for a creature to communicate to others in space.
Why not transmit at the 21cm/1420 MHz Hydrogen line? That's Earth's choice for monitoring.
That's an out-of-focus planet scintillating in the thick atmosphere near the horizon. There is no need to invoke a 'UFO' to explain a phenomenon anyone else can witness or reproduce.
>Like I said: keep an eye on Turkey, Qatar, Iran, Russia and China.
>It’s all coming out…
Same as it ever was …
It's not limited to 'new media'.
Aircraft flares are a very simple explanation for that video. There's no mystery there nor the need to perpetuate a mystery.
