The "souls" if you like, of the Nephilim, are earthbound.
They differ to the fallen 200 in that the 200 are bound and imprisoned.
They are not free to prey on and possess humans.
The Nephilim prowl the earth possessing people,
as in demonic possession.
Also, while Noah was deemed by God to be the last pure blood,
uncorrupted by Nephillim interferenece/DNA, that wasn't
necessarily the case with the wives of Noah's sons,
leaving room for recessive genes, allowing Nephilim to cross past
the flood and be described to exist both before those times, and after the flood,
Nephilim roamed the earth.
We see that when Israelites describe feeling like locusts in size next to
those they saw in the land with giants.
Then there was Goliath and his kin as well.
They were eventually all killed off, maybe.
We are witnesses, are we not?
