GET FREE ACCESS TO PACER AT COURTHOUSE

I was telling a lawyer about the sealed indictments that's on PACER, but non-lawyers have to pay a subscription fee.

He (licensed to practice in NY/NJ) said that "it's actually free. You can go to the Courthouse. They have computers there that are open to the public and you can access it from the Court computers".
