I worked with the Durham team and they had enough evidence to indict Elias but were shut down during Obama’s third term (laughingly known as the Biden presidency).

 

The DoJ at that point was effectively run by Obama’s crony Lisa Monaco and Maggie Goodlander, the wife of Hillary/Obama’s consigliere Jake Sullivan who masterminded Russiagate.

 

The Trump DoJ should reopen the Elias case and indict him, there is more than enough evidence
