DNI Tulsi Gabbard Investigating 120 Foreign Biolabs Funding by U.S. Government– More than 40 are Located in Ukraine (according to Russia there are a lot more)

Oh boy, she’s at it again.According to a report within the New York Post, Director of National Intelligence, TulsiGabbard, is now investigating 120 foreign biolabsthat are funded by the U.S. government– potentially involvedin ‘gain of function’ or weaponized virus research. More than 40 of the labs are identified operating in Ukraine.

Keep in mind, DNIGabbard recently took control of the CIA development of Artificial Intelligence systems pulling In-Q-Tel, the CIA-backed venture firm, under management of ODNI. Through a series ofwhat seems like well-coordinated movesby Secretary Rubio, CIA Director Ratcliffe and DNI Gabbard,a significant amount of the CIA’s operations is no longer in the dark network.

USAID has been dissolved(Rubio/Ratcliffe); the Directorate of Analysis taken out of CIA and into ODNI (Ratcliffe/Gabbard); the President’s Daily Brief now assembled by the ODNI (Ratcliffe/Gabbard);Artificial Intelligence systems, In-Q-Tel under ODNI management(Ratcliffe/Gabbard), and now Intelligence Community(CIA) biolabs being identified, investigated and potentially removed from operation.

The biolab issue is a current concern given the discoveries of former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Director, AnthonyFauci, lying to congress and the American people about funding gain of function research in Wuhan, China. However, given recent events we might even file this under proactive election integrity measures.

WASHINGTON — Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is investigatingmore than 120 biological laboratoriesabroad that were funded byUS taxpayer dollars for decades, as part of an effort toend potentially risky experimentswith viruses pursuant to President Trump’s executive order on so-called “gain-of-function” research.

Gabbard told The Post Monday in a statement thather team is going “to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they containand what ‘research’ is being conductedto end dangerous gain-of-function research that threatens the health and wellbeing of the American people and the world.”

“The COVID-19 pandemic revealed the catastrophic global impact research on dangerous pathogens in biolabs can have,” the spy chief also said. (Comment: The WHO is funding many more of labs WW to continue this research, which can only be interpreted to be their plan to eliminate millions of people WW. If Gabbard etc are serious, every lab and experimental lab and country WW if they are funded by WHO, and shut them all down.)

“Yet despite these obvious dangers, politicians, so-called health professionals, like Dr. Fauci, and entities within the Biden administration’s national security teamlied to the American people about the existenceof these US-funded and supported biolabs and threatened those who attempted to expose the truth.”

Under new guidance from Gabbard,the US Intelligence Community will review research at all US-funded biolabs, which would include facilities engaged in gain-of-function experiments that could increase the transmissibility of viruses, as well as work for defensive purposes against dangerous pathogens.

Office of the Director of National Intelligence officials noted thatthe foreign labs extend into more than 30 countries, and several had receivedfunding in the past through a Department of Defenseprogram that sought to dispose of weapons of mass destruction after the end of the Cold War.

More than 40 of the biolabs under review are located in Ukraine— and could “be at risk of compromise” due to Russia’s war, ODNI officials noted. (read more)

(The enemy is not Russia, they are the ones that exposed these labs early under start of Russia’s Operation in Ukraine. They should investigate Zelensky and his whole cabinet and all the CIA bases operating in Ukraine for years. Ukraine’s Western backers are concealing Kiev’s use of chemical weapons, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador-at-largeon the Kiev regime’s war crimes, told RT in an exclusive interview. He saidRussia has documented proof of Kiev’s troops using toxins against Russian soldiers and civilians, but any attempts by Moscowto appeal to international watchdogs are stalled by the West.

“Ukraine has used various types of chemical weapons throughout the conflict, and this is documented and recorded by our relevant departments,” Miroshnik stated, addingthat the findings have been repeatedly submitted to the Hague-based Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons(OPCW). He noted that the toxins Kiev usesare supplied by Western states, which also provide it with “so-called diplomatic cover,” hushing up its use of prohibited substances.

“[Kiev] sincerely believes that the West will in every possible way shield it from liability for the use of prohibited types of weapons. And, unfortunately, this is exactly what is happening within the framework of a number of international organizations, in particular, the OPCW,” the official stated, noting that Russia’s requests to probe incidents in which Kiev uses chemical weapons “are blocked with enviable regularity” and any data Moscow provides as evidence “is not considered” at all.

“Under pressure from the Americans, the British, this situation is simply hushed up, talked down, and [doesn’t] turn into a detailed investigation,” he stressed.

According to Miroshnik, as of this past summer,Russian experts had recorded more than 400 instances of prohibited chemical weapons being used by Kiev. They have also discovered a number of laboratories in Ukraine that produce chemical agents and toxic substances. The official noted thatKiev is “indiscriminate” when using prohibited types of weapons, targeting both Russian soldiers at the front and civilians via drone attacks.

Western support allows Kiev to keep using the banned toxins with impunity, Miroshnik claimed, “demonstrating that any red lines from the Ukrainian side can simply be crossed and nothing will happen to them for it.”

Moscow has repeatedly accused Ukraine of using chemical weapons on the battlefieldand of hosting American biolabs on its territory. Earlier this fall, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the head of Russia’s Radiological Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, warned that Kiev was preparing a false-flag chemical weapons attack with the aim of framing Russia.

He also accused Ukraine of deploying chemical weapons disguised as smoke bombs during its incursion into Russia’s Kursk Region, and said such munitions were used in theRussian town of Sudzha in August, with more than 20 people exposed to the toxins.
