Do you remember when you could see h a a r p showing up in their local weather news reports and then it changed to that god-awful bitmap that doesn't distinguish anything?
I've noticed this for years that as soon as you can distinguish haarp being used they changed it.
There may even have been a YouTube video about it pointing that out that was years ago.
