Deputizing the patriot militias around the country could make a lot of sense in case Team Q can't get enough of regular Law Enforcement under constitutional control.
In this scenario, the patriot militias' job would be to round up the satanists, pedos, traitors and other undesirables. Actual deliverance of justice could be through military tribunal or left to the militias' discretion.
