Shooting down any kind of missile

Is an attack on the rocket

Not an attack on the warhead

Sometimes they target the hot exhaust

Sometimes they come form in front,

Move a certain distance past the nose

Then explode causing shrapnel to rip open fuel tanks

There is a self destruct mechanism that blows up the engine/fuel

Electronic weapons attack the fuel tanks

Because they are more predictable than warheads

A nuke can be shot down and the warhead recovered

Sealed and intact

One of the biggest sources of “culture shock” is that everything seems smaller, older, and less convenient in the US.

The running joke among Chinese people living in the US is that everywhere kinda looks like the “countryside,” the source of selection bias being most Chinese people living in the US came from a city, and one that might be considered a “small town” in China has 3 million inhabitants and a fully functional metro system.

In the US .. The roads are shoddy. The buildings are old. Everything moves at a slow pace. Everyone moves at a slow pace. People get off work at 4:30. Dining options are sparse. Everything closes at 10 pm. There are no mobile payments. Very few delivery options.
