I have a dumb fucking question that I hope one of fine night shift anons is bored enough to answer. But what exactly is FISA? What could potentially be in it? Did RR write it? Is it like a memo? A report? I was confused from the beginning and now it feels too late to ask, but I'll bear all the newfag/lurkmoars if someone's willing to catch me up.
I don't have TV. To be honest, I just wasn't that interested when it first came up and seemed to be laid out. But by the time I caught on to how important it is, everything I see about it everywhere seems to assume we're up to speed.
Happy to punch out and try to put it together. But was just hoping someone may be willing to give me the low down from a realistic perspective rather than media spin. Could also be helpful for others lurking.
I know it's a stupid question and I should know already, and it's not y'alls job to help me play catch up. But I'm out of the loop, and I'm always most interested in hearing from this crowd's vantage point on political issues.
