🚨 HOLY SMOKES. AG Todd Blanche just dropped a bombshell, confirming the DOJ has MULTIPLE active 2020 election fraud investigations in Georgia and Arizona
"We're very focused on finding out whether the right people voted, whether people that were supposed to vote voted, whether there was one vote cast per voter!"
"There's a ton of evidence that the election was rigged. That's not something the DOJ needs to tell you about. There's been evidence about that for many, many years!"
"That's what we're doing in multiple states. You'll say to me, how long has it taken? Why has it taken so long? The reality of the answer is because it takes a lot of work to uncover what happened in 2020."
"It takes a lot of old, good old fashioned law enforcement police work, which is what we're doing."
"We have great prosecutors working on it as well. I assure you, I assure the American people that as soon as we have something to say for it, whether it's charges, whether it's a report, whether it's a result of an investigation, the American people will learn about what we uncovered."

Israeli government forms team to draft plan for confiscation of Old City properties; Arab residents at risk of eviction
The government has decided to establish an inter-ministerial team to assess the possibility of confiscating properties in a sensitive area of the Old City of Jerusalem, putting Arab residents at risk of eviction.
The team will gauge how to expropriate dozens of properties along Chain Gate Street, which in Hebrew is called HaShalshelet Street. The alley serves as the Jewish Quarter’s northern perimeter and ultimately leads to the Temple Mount/Al-Aqsa compound.
The government decision comes at the initiative of the Jerusalem Affairs and Heritage Ministry, currently headed by Likud lawmaker Yariv Levin. It is one of several resolutions pegged to Jerusalem Day, celebrated last week from Thursday to Friday evening.
The inter-ministerial team, which will be led by the director general of the Jerusalem Affairs and Heritage Ministry, has a year to submit an actionable plan to the government, Channel 12 reports.
The decision is meant to further the “development and strengthening of the Israeli capital” and “exercise control over the [Jewish] Quarter in its entirety,” Levin’s ministry says in a statement.
According to Channel 12, the step could lead to the confiscation of roughly 50 buildings and the eventual eviction of the Muslim families residing there to make way for Jewish tenants.
The report notes that the prospect of seizing properties on Chain Gate Street — a sensitive area due to its proximity to the Temple Mount — encountered resistance from officials in the Finance Ministry, who argued the move could spark international opposition.
Aviv Tatarsky, a researcher for Ir Amim, an NGO that advocates for Palestinian Jerusalemites, says that the prospective confiscation of property on the street would be “an aggressive step.”
“On one hand, nothing is going to happen at the present moment, but on the other hand, it attests that this is what the government wants,” he tells The Times of Israel. “It basically means that wherever the government wants, it can take and expropriate Palestinian property.”
A source in the Jerusalem Ministry tells Channel 12 that the territory belongs to the State of Israel “on paper” after Israel issued expropriation notices upon capturing the Old City in the Six-Day War. The notices were reportedly based on the British Mandate-era Land Ordinance of 1943, which regulates the expropriation of land for public purposes.
The street, in addition to leading to the Temple Mount, is home to several well-known Palestinian institutions including the Khalidi Library, founded as a public library under Ottoman rule in 1900, as well as several Muslim mausoleums. During the late Ottoman period, a mix of Jewish and Muslim families lived on the street.

Ebola Outbreak Declared a Global Health Emergency as Death Toll Reaches at Least 87
-At least 87 deaths have been attributed to the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda
-On Sunday, May 17, the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) declared the disease an international public health emergency
-“There are significant uncertainties to the true number of infected persons and geographic spread associated with this event at the present time,” said the W.H.O.
As the number of deaths attributed to the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda increases, the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) has declared the disease a public health emergency of international concern.
On Sunday, May 17, the W.H.O. published a report stating that there have been 80 suspected deaths and 246 suspected cases reported in the Ituri Province of Congo. Two laboratory-confirmed cases, including one death, have also been reported in Kampala.
The organization added that there have been "unusual clusters of community deaths" in several zones, while the deaths of four healthcare workers have raised concerns about "healthcare-associated transmission, gaps in infection prevention and control measures."
According to the W.H.O., precautions are being taken to bring the event caused by the Bundibugyo virus under control.
“There are significant uncertainties to the true number of infected persons and geographic spread associated with this event at the present time,” said the W.H.O., adding that the outbreak doesn't currently meet the criteria of a pandemic emergency.
Early symptoms of the disease include fever, aches in the muscles and joints, severe headache, fatigue and sore throat. There are no drugs or vaccines approved for the current strain of Ebola, the BBC reported.
The death toll amid the highly contagious outbreak has reached at least 87, per the Associated Press.
According to the W.H.O., neighboring countries that share land borders with the Democratic Republic of the Congo “are considered at high risk for further spread due to population mobility, trade and travel linkages, and ongoing epidemiological uncertainty.”
International parties have been urged to work together to effectively monitor the outbreak and help prevent the disease from spreading further.
“The event requires international coordination and cooperation to understand the extent of the outbreak, to coordinate surveillance, prevention and response efforts, to scale up and strengthen operations and ensure the ability to implement control measures,” said the W.H.O.
The United States' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was informed about the Ebola outbreak by the Ugandan government on Friday, May 15, and is supporting the response efforts overseas, according to Reuters.
"CDC has extensive experience and expertise in responding to Ebola outbreaks, and we are working closely with the DRC Ministry of Health through our country office to support our response efforts," CDC Acting Director Jay Bhattacharya told the outlet.
The CDC did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for further comment.

U.S. intelligence shows Cuba acquiring 300+ drones, weighs possible U.S. attack, Axios reports
Classified U.S. intelligence reveals Cuba has acquired more than 300 military drones and has talked about using them to attack the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, American military vessels, and potentially Key West, Axios reported Sunday.
A senior U.S. official told Axios that the U.S. intelligence information highlights the degree to which the Trump administration views the island as a growing threat due to advancements in drone warfare and the presence of Iranian military advisers in Havana.
"When we think about those types of technologies being that close, and a range of bad actors from terror groups to drug cartels to Iranians to the Russians, it's concerning," the unnamed official told Axios. "It's a growing threat."
In a written statement posted to X, the Cuban Embassy in Washington defended its right to military readiness.
"Like any country, Cuba has the right to defend itself against external aggression. It is called self-defense, and it is protected by International Law and the UN Charter," the embassy posted on X.
A top Cuban government official wrote on X that "#Cuba neither threatens nor desires war."
The Axios report comes amid intensifying diplomatic and military pressure from Washington on Cuba.
The Associated Press and other media outlets reported Friday that the Justice Department is preparing to seek an indictment against former Cuban President Raúl Castro. One source told the AP that the potential indictment is connected to Castro's alleged role in the 1996 shootdown of four planes operated by the Miami-based exile group Brothers to the Rescue. Castro was defense minister at the time.
Last Thursday, CIA Director John Ratcliffe traveled to Cuba to urge Cuban leaders to dismantle their communist government to end crippling American sanctions.
"Director Ratcliffe made clear that Cuba can no longer serve as a platform for adversaries to advance hostile agendas in our hemisphere," a CIA official told Axios. "The Western Hemisphere cannot be our adversaries' playground."
U.S. officials told Axios that Cuba has been quietly stockpiling attack drones of "varying capabilities" from Russia and Iran since 2023, hiding them in strategic locations across the island. Within the past month, Cuban officials have sought even more equipment from Moscow.
The senior U.S. official said intelligence intercepts show Cuban operatives are actively "trying to learn about how Iran has resisted us."
Additionally, Washington estimates up to 5,000 Cuban soldiers have fought for Russia in its invasion of Ukraine, with Moscow paying the Cuban government roughly $25,000 per soldier.
"They're part of the Putin meat grinder. They're learning about Iranian tactics. It's something we have to plan for," the senior official said.
On Sunday, Cuban Embassy officials reposted a statement on X from Cuba Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez, who accused U.S. government officials of creating "a fraudulent case to justify the ruthless economic war against the Cuban people and the eventual military aggression."
The statement from Rodriguez went on to accuse U.S. officials of "fabricating pretexts, creating and spreading falsehoods, and distorting as extraordinary the logical preparation required to face a potential aggression."

California Treasurer Has Long History Hobnobbing With Chinese Gov’t And CCP Intel Officials
California’s two-term treasurer, Fiona Ma, has met with high-level Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials and intelligence personnel dozens of times in the last several decades, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation discovered.
During these many meetings in the U.S. and China, the Democratic frontrunner in California’s 2026 lieutenant governor race has introduced American lawmakers to Chinese intelligence officials and also repeatedly presented awards to CCP members and influence operatives, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government and state media reports.
“We really should be more integrated,” Ma said during a 2023 interview with state-run media outlet CGTN. “The more that we can get along, work together, I think would create more peace in the world as well as better economic opportunities for both countries.”
“CCP elite capture is alive and well,” Peter Schweizer, New York Times bestselling author of “Red Handed,” told the DCNF. “Any politician who continues to engage in these types of behavior is not a target, but is complicit in CCP activities. Ignorance is no longer an excuse.”
Ma’s ties to China recently came under scrutiny following an April Politico report revealing that in September 2023 she offered to help secure U.S. internships and employment opportunities for students attending the Pegasus California School, which was founded in the coastal city of Qingdao by Ma’s campaign finance committee chair. Pegasus’ students, who are Chinese nationals, have allegedly received unlawful California high school diplomas through a partnership with the Val Verde Unified School District, according to a 2026 Riverside County Office of Education audit of the district, which did not accuse Ma of wrongdoing.
Ma has met with officials from the CCP and a Chinese government influence and intelligence agency called the United Front Work Department (UFWD) at least 30 times, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government and state media reports.
The UFWD’s operations are a “blend of engagement, influence activities, and intelligence operations” that Beijing uses to steer foreign policy and “gain access to advanced foreign technology,” according to the House Select Committee on the CCP.
Born in New York to Chinese immigrants from a prominent military family, Ma began taking U.S. lawmakers to China in 1999 while working as an aide for the late California Democratic Sen. John Burton, state-run China Daily reported.
Ma led that delegation alongside an individual who also holds a position with the Chinese government as an advisor to Sichuan province, according to an interview Ma conducted with Chinese state media and a DCNF translation of a Chinese government announcement.
That advisor has also participated in several other China trips Ma has organized for U.S. lawmakers since she became a public servant in 2002, including a December 2014 trip during which Ma introduced over 20 California State Legislature members to Chinese government and UFWD officials while visiting Sichuan on a trade delegation, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government announcements.
Since Ma’s January 2019 inauguration as California treasurer, she has met with Chinese government and CCP intelligence officials over 20 times, including three meetings in China in 2023, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government and state media reports.
California’s chief financial officer presented one award to the chairman of the Chinese People’s Association For Friendship With Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) during his February 2023 visit to the U.S., a photo accompanying an announcement from that UFWD affiliate shows. CPAFFC has “sought to directly and malignly influence state and local leaders to promote [China’s] global agenda,” the U.S. National Counterintelligence and Security Center has warned.
Although there is no evidence that CPAFFC has ever sought to influence Ma, other Chinese government officials have reportedly pressured the politician to adopt their preferred policy positions in the past.
In one instance, while serving on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in August 2005, the Chinese government allegedly successfully pressured Ma to withdraw her support for an art exhibit organized by practitioners of Falun Gong, which is a spiritual movement that the CCP banned in 1999, The San Francisco Chronicle reported.
Several years later, while serving as a California State Assemblywoman, Ma allegedly killed a resolution honoring Tibet in March 2009 following intense Chinese government lobbying, The Sacramento Bee reported.

Maryland resending primary ballots after some voters receive ballots for wrong party
-The Maryland SBE Board of Elections is resending thousands of mail-in ballots to voters ahead of June's primary election.
-Officials said an error with the vendor sending the ballots caused some voters to receive the ballot for the wrong party.
-Everyone who requested a mail-in ballot will receive a new one, even those who were not affected by the error.
The Maryland State Board of Elections is resending thousands of mail-in ballots to voters ahead of next month's primary election, after some received an incorrect ballot.
The SBE announced the error on Friday. Officials said the mix-up was caused by the ballot vendor, and resulted in some voters getting the ballot for the wrong party.
While officials don't know exactly how many people received an improper ballot, the error only affected people who requested a ballot before Thursday, May 14. Regardless, the SBE is sending ballots back out to all voters to maintain "the integrity and security of mail-in voting," officials said.
Voters who requested to print their mail-in ballot out at home will not be affected.
The SBE is notifying everyone who will be receiving a new mail-in ballot.
Maryland State Administrator of Elections Jared Demarinis said his office is working to fix the error.
"With over 500,000 voters requesting mail-in ballots, we want to eliminate any doubt in its integrity or accuracy," DeMarinis said.
Maryland's primary election is on June 23.

Mark Fuhrman, former LAPD detective who investigated O.J. Simpson, is dead
Mark Fuhrman, the former Los Angeles police detective who became infamous as one of the lead officials investigating O.J. Simpson after the deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend Ron Goldman, has died. He was 74.
Fuhrman’s death was confirmed Monday by Lynette Acebedo, the chief deputy coroner in Kootenai County, Idaho.
“There will be no other information provided through this office,” Acebedo said in a brief statement.
Born Feb. 5, 1952, Fuhrman was an obscure homicide detective who became instantly famous after he found a bloody glove on Simpson’s property the night of the 1994 slayings.
But the testimony of Fuhrman, who was white, was called into question during the double murder trial when Simpson’s defense team raised the prospect of racial bias.
Under cross-examination, Fuhrman testified that he had never made racial slurs. But his credibility took a hit when the defense produced recordings of him making racist statements and using the N-word to describe suspects.
When Simpson was acquitted after a contentious trial that was closely followed by the public, Fuhrman was blamed in part for the verdict.
Simpson, a former NFL star and actor, was later found civilly liable for wrongful death in the double homicide case and ordered to pay $33 million to Goldman’s family — damages that were never paid in full before he died in 2024.
Soon after the trial, Fuhrman pleaded no contest to perjury charges and was placed on probation. He retired from the police department and moved to Sandpoint, Idaho.
But he did not disappear completely.
Fuhrman apologized publicly for using racial slurs in the past and insisted repeatedly that he didn’t try to frame Simpson with the bloody glove.
He went on to become a TV and radio commentator and wrote the book “Murder in Brentwood” about the killings.
Later, Fuhrman delved into another sensational murder, that of 15-year-old Martha Moxley, in his true crime book “Murder in Greenwich.” He named Michael Skakel, a cousin to the fabled Kennedy family, as Moxley’s likely murderer.
Skakel’s conviction for killing Moxley was overturned in 2013.
But Fuhrman’s discredited testimony at the Simpson trial came back to haunt him in 2024 when he was barred from law enforcement under a new California law directed at officers who act criminally.
Fuhrman was married and divorced three times and is survived by a son and a daughter, according to The New York Times.

NPR trims jobs in newsroom overhaul as it confronts era without public funding
NPR is restructuring its newsroom, including cutting some reporting and editing jobs, as it attempts to keep pace with changing audience habits while adjusting to an era without federal subsidies.
NPR President and CEO Katherine Maher says the network has to fill a gap of $8 million in its $300-million annual budget because of the elimination of federal subsidies for its member stations, which pay NPR to air programs such as Morning Edition and All Things Considered. In a memo to staff, she said the network expects to earn $15 million less in station fees this year and is anticipating a drop in corporate sponsorship revenue.
The network is offering buyouts to approximately 300 employees, mostly within newsgathering desks in the newsroom. Staff of NPR's news programs, including hosts, are not eligible.
The actual number of departing journalists will be far smaller, NPR officials say. They say they will accept up to 30 buyouts but more targeted layoffs would ensue if an insufficient number of employees take voluntary buyouts by next Tuesday, May 26.
Paradoxically, just prior to the announcement of these cost-cutting measures, NPR received a pair of private gifts totaling $113 million — representing the network's second- and third-largest in its 56-year history. Most of that money, however, is dedicated to technological innovation.
Maher also acknowledges a mighty wave of individual contributions following Congress' vote last summer to take back all $1.1 billion it already had committed to public media. Those donations have helped sustain the network and the member stations, though many have announced their own layoffs over the past year.
"The extraordinary generosity of donors across the nation has really mitigated some of the hardest impacts of the loss of federal funding," Maher says. "I am relieved that that is the case. And now it is our responsibility to ensure that we take that gift that they have given us and use this time to get to a place where we are sustainable for the future."

Trump Says ‘I’m Concerned’ About Ebola Outbreak During Presser
President Donald Trump took questions from reporters after a White House event on Monday on the affordability of healthcare and weighed in on whether or not Americans should be concerned about the Ebola outbreak.
“Should Americans be concerned about Ebola?” asked an off-camera reporter.
“I’m concerned about everything, but certainly I am. I think that, you know, it’s been confined right now to Africa, and but it’s something that has had a breakout. I could ask Bobby or Oz to say a couple of words about it, if you’d like to do that,” replied Trump.
Dr. Mehmet Oz then added, “I think Heidi Overton is going to come up and give us a few words here, Dr. Overton.”
“Thank you, Mr. President. Today, the CDC held a press briefing that provided a lot of the answers and information, but we have stood up a full interagency response,” replied Overton, who is currently serving as a deputy director of the White House Domestic Policy Council. She added:
The Department of State, the C.D.C., the Department of War, everyone is fully involved in tracking. Today, we do have an announcement today at the press briefing. There is an American that is symptomatic and has tested positive for a—it’s the Bundibugyo virus, a strain of Ebola. That American, as well as six other high-risk contacts, are going to be taken out of that region and taken to Germany. We want to thank our German counterparts. That is an internationally recognized location for viral hemorrhagic fever treatments.
So we’re very grateful that they would take them. It’s a significantly shorter flight time for Americans to receive treatment there in Germany. For all other Americans, we have issued travel warnings. We have instituted, just today, entry restrictions for non-U.S. citizens that have been in the region in the past 21 days—so in Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, and South Sudan.
So very serious measures have been taken. We are working to communicate very frequently with everyone. Your question was: should Americans be worried? Right now there are no cases of Ebola in America. We want to keep it that way, and we are doing everything we can to support Americans in the regions. Thank you, Mr. President.

Report: Georgia Election Results to Be Totaled in ‘Secret Emergency Bunker’
“Denying members of the State Election Board access to the Election Night Reporting Room is outrageous,” Georgia Republican Party Chairman Josh McKoon said, reacting to news of how the election results of this week’s primary election will be aggregated.
“BREAKING: Georgia’s 2026 election results will be aggregated on Election Night by the secretary of state from a ‘secret emergency bunker’ which is off-limits to candidates, the public and even to the State Election Board, which has requested access,” RealClearInvestigations Senior Reporter Paul Sperry reported Monday.
State law specifically prohibits such secrecy, Sperry notes, citing O.C.G.A. § 21-2-406, which requires that “conducting of primaries and elections held under this chapter shall perform their duties in public.”
“Republican and Democrat SEC (State Election Board) members alike must have full access to observe every step of the tabulation and reporting process on Election Day and throughout election night,” Chairman McKoon wrote in a statement demanding that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger reverse the decision to ban oversight of the vote aggregation.
“If there’s nothing to hide — you hide nothing,” a sitting member of the State Election Board and Georgia GOP First Vice Chair Salleigh Grubbs wrote in a X.com post urging Georgians to contact the secretary of state’s office and demand observer access.
Adding to the controversy, Secretary Raffensperger is overseeing a primary election that he is a candidate in, since he is campaigning to be the state’s next governor.
The room where the votes will be aggregated is known as “the bunker” because of its underground, undisclosed location, The Federalist explains:
“The secretary of state’s secure, centralized Election Night Reporting Room — known in Georgia election circles as ‘the Bunker’ — is an underground facility on the east side of Atlanta where votes from Georgia’s 159 counties are aggregated in real time and statewide results are prepared for public release. On election nights, a small team of SOS (Secretary of State) staff monitors the process in a conference-room-style setting as final numbers roll in.”
Additionally, video evidence belies claims by Raffensperger’s office that public oversight is not allowed in the bunker, The Federalist reports:
“While the secretary of state’s office maintains that the facility is not a site for public oversight, video from the April 15, 2026, SEB meeting reveals that officials have granted selective access to it. The recording shows Chairman John Fervier stating, on the record, that he has previously been invited into the Bunker by the secretary of state’s office and that he accepted the invitation. The rest of the board was not invited.”
