Q Team:
Need you to investigate the white powder that is in front on my house. There is a 3 foot dusting of a very fine white powder and the neighbors to the east have a lot at the end of their driveway, and up their driveway, only, around their vehicles. There is a water misting for about 2 feet and 1 foot that is totally dry white powder. They may put something like powder chlorine around them but use something else entirely toxic in the front of my home for plausible deniability. If it was just chlorinated water, then why would there be a combo or pure white and damp areas, yet accumulations in other parts. If this was normal pool maintenance, why are they the only ones that ever do this in the neighborhood? Why would there be piles of extra white dust on their properties if it was from chlorinated water drying as water does not pool in those areas? This all happened within 2 hours, as I saw nothing when I came home a few hours ago, and their pump puts out a stream that only pushes water a few inches from the curb, not 2 feet out. Please investigate and catch these riggers.
