You know what is an interesting number is now they are all turning about 38 to 42 in the last batch they can’t have kids in this age range as easy anymore so if they had kids at 18 or 22 how old would they be? 18 to 22 years old in this range. In a general sense I am an authority on media in the world and how it affects things. Also as well as numbers of population I was taught to study things like this in civilization and it’s over all effect on the population such as decline in empires or dominate countries or rise in some countries as well. There is a lot of push and pull I can just say I think it is something that the US should look into. People have the right to travel and I don’t think this should change or if some vets want to retire like this but how could they encourage money staying in the US as we have one of the largest groups of people that are retiring from the military and cost of living is crazy more or less. So this is what I think is worth some government money of how to try to keep of this from happening is all to this extent. I am not against foreign investment but just like the US is trying to keep money in the US and bring investment in to the country why not try to keep money in the US as well. This could be things such as higher exchange rates in one form or another this does not take away the ability or option this is one way for things to happen. There could be limits placed on some countries as far as things. I think there is far less risk from some countries then others as well. A lot of countries are perfectly fine in areas and ways but is it worth the money to do investigation to an extent on some things. This is tools like rates taxes and tiffs that are used in other manners of things going on. I think it would be selective by country though. Largely most countries may not be effected only the ones that seem to have a lot of this going on in a large fashion this is why a study maybe worth it for the VA and others to look into as it can keep more money in the US.
