Global Link International rec'd their final approval tax exempt letter from the IRS in 2024, two years after MEDC got involved. Fay is listed as the Principal Officer on Global's IRS 'postcard' filing in 2021. Postcard filings are for entities that had gross receipts of < $50,000.

A year later they receive a $20M dollar grant from the state. Not Fishy.
