Eli Owens

Eli Owen is the Commander of the State Threat Assessment Center. Appointed in January 2018, Owen was the Deputy Commander since 2015. He served several years with the Central Intelligence Agency and the U.S. State Department.

 

Keith Tresh

Commander of the California Cybersecurity Integration Center (Cal-CSIC), and is responsible for strengthening the state's cybersecurity strategy and improving inter-agency, cross-sector coordination to reduce the likelihood and severity of cyber-attacks.
