[The White House declined to include additional money for fire relief in its most recent request to Congress, which was made Nov. 17, after Northern California was still recovering from the wine country fires but before the Thomas fire.]
Q was not "confused or something". You are spinning the statement disingenuously to show a crumb is false when it is confirmed true.
As to the reason why the White House previously rejected the CA fire relief request, that information does not yet seem to be available in open source, so we have to wait and see.
